Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://atpalarcon.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, ATP Alarcon markets and arranges Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Residential Remodeling, Commercial Remodeling, Fence Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to ATP Alarcon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. ATP Alarcon may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. ATP Alarcon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATP Alarcon's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid ATP Alarcon in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATP Alarcon from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Modifications. ATP Alarcon may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
